SINGAPORE - Local music veteran Clement Chow hopes to give people a "Reason We Smile" when he and other musicians belt out tunes in a live-stream concert on Tuesday (Dec 21).
"Let's face it, a lot of people just have not had the reason to do it," he said, alluding to the ongoing pandemic, adding that he hopes the event will help lighten the mood even for just that hour.
