SINGAPORE - Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices finished mixed in the second round of bidding in November on Wednesday (Nov 23).
Premiums for Category A - cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp - went down from $52,668 to $50,951.
COE prices for Cat B - cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp - went down, from $56,206 to $53,001.
For the open category, Cat E, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly being used mostly for bigger cars, COE prices fell, from $56,000 to $54,901.
Motorcycle premiums ended lower, going from $6,311 to $6,212.
COE premiums for goods vehicles and buses rose, from $48,001 to $49,002.
