For the second year in a row, there will be no Chinese New Year bazaar in Chinatown in 2022.
And though stalls are up for rent, shop owners said they did not expect many to be taken up. They added that they anticipated lacklustre business leading up to the festive season because of concerns over the Omicron variant of Covid-19.
