A clinic that employed a young doctor as a locum when he held only a temporary registration is being investigated by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Dr Joel Arun Sursas worked as a locum - or stand-in doctor - at the unnamed private clinic on 47 occasions between July and December 2015, earning a total of $13,000.
