SINGAPORE - A once thriving KTV outlet, which had allegedly been operating despite a ban on nightlife establishments during the Covid-19 outbreak, has gone dark and silent.
A report by The Straits Times a week ago exposed the North Bridge Road outlet's nightly operation and its enhanced security measures.
