Bedok Mall operations manager Samuel Tan had been on the job for less than a week when two women fell and hurt themselves at the shopping centre.

On April 6, operations manager Samuel Tan received a call that two female seniors had fallen while using an escalator at Bedok Mall.
The 34-year-old, who handles day-to-day operations at the mall, including matters about security and cleanliness, had been on the job for less than a week.
