Singapore's largest public sector research agency is looking for external help to conduct a thorough review of its performance over the past decade, and find out where it stands on the international stage.
The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star) has called a tender for a company to make comparisons with local and foreign research institutes, identify its top researchers, and analyse its research output and quality.
