SINGAPORE - Many people eagerly check the results of the 4D or Toto draws to see if they have struck it rich, but there are those who do not even claim their prize money.
In fact, $48.1 million was left unclaimed in the Singapore Pools in the last financial year, which ended in March, its spokesman told The Straits Times.
