Parents desperate for a child, or to give one up, take search online; but experts advise caution

Desperate to give a baby up for adoption or anxious to adopt, some people are turning to online parenting forums to find what they are looking for.

The practice is not illegal, unless the birth parents profit financially, said lawyers The Sunday Times spoke to.
