Who says a Father's Day meal should be boring?
Surprise him with an immersive eight-course dinner at Curate.
Curate, located at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), will take you back in time to what German families traditionally enjoy at the table in springtime. Chef Benjamin Halat includes his signature dishes: soufflated farm egg with beluga caviar, German pork knuckle, smoked fish tartare, Atlantic cod fish and beef sirloin.
Another dish to try is his Forelle Mullerin Art - a fillet of trout poached in butter infused with pine needles.
The Straits Times, in partnership with RWS, is giving this dining treat worth $752 (for four persons) to six ST subscribers as part of the ST+ news with benefits programme at Curate on June 16.
The event will be hosted by ST food critic Wong Ah Yoke.
To win the family dining package, take part in this contest, which closes on June 8.
