Minister for National Development Lawrence Wong taking a selfie with schoolboy Mohamad Rafael Effendy Razali yesterday after presenting him with a festive gift from his wishlist. The seven-year-old had asked for a backpack after his previous one broke. He was among 40 children living in rental blocks in Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC to receive presents from City Developments. Mr Wong, an MP for the GRC, also played a game with some of the children at the event, organised by the North West Community Development Council and CDL.
