SINGAPORE- There have been 27 complaints against bicycle-sharing operator oBike since the start of the year, a number that is significantly higher than those against two other operators.

There are two complaints against Ofo SG and three against Singapore Mobike, the Consumers Association of Singapore (Case) told The Straits Times on Monday (June 25).
