announced in late February.

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) said on March 7 it has extended the recall to include Supremely Gourmet Mint Dark Chocolate (96g) and Supremely Gourmet Orange Dark Chocolate (96g), after it found that milk was not declared on the food packaging labels.

This follows SFA’s earlier recall of Supremely Gourmet Premium Dark Chocolate (96g) on Feb 26 due to the same issue.

The importer, Redmart, has been directed by SFA to recall the affected products, the agency said, adding that the process is ongoing.

Consumers who are intolerant of, or allergic to, milk are advised not to consume the affected products.

Those who have already done so and are experiencing health concerns should seek medical advice.

Under Singapore’s food regulations, ingredients known to cause hypersensitivity must be declared on food packaging labels to protect consumers with food allergies.

Consumers who have bought the affected products may contact their point of purchase.
