2 men arrested for rioting, having deadly weapon in Nov 11 fight in Woodlands

Two more men have been arrested over a fight in the early hours of Nov 11 in Woodlands, which resulted in a man being arrested after he was taken to the hospital.

The police and Singapore Civil Defence Force were on Nov 11 alerted to a fight at Block 182A Woodlands Street 13.

SINGAPORE - Two more men have been arrested following a fight in the early hours of Nov 11 in Woodlands, which resulted in another man being arrested earlier after he had been taken to hospital.

The police said on Nov 19 that the two suspects, aged 17 and 25, were

arrested for rioting, and being armed with a deadly weapon.

On Nov 11 at 12.55am, the police and Singapore Civil Defence Force were alerted to a fight at Block 182A Woodlands Street 13.

A 42-year-old man was conscious when taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and later arrested for possessing an offensive weapon.

A woman was also assessed for minor injuries on Nov 11, but declined to be taken to the hospital.

Police had said then that they were looking for other people who were involved in the fight.
