SINGAPORE - The four opposition parties which intended to form a new alliance to contest the next general election are now instead looking to join the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA).
The bloc, consisting of Singaporeans First (SingFirst), People's Power Party (PPP), Reform Party (RP) and Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), had sent a letter to SDA two weeks ago requesting to join the alliance.
