Chan Hon Meng says luck has played a big role in his life. But hard work, a unique product and not being greedy have also been important factors.

Two years after he received a Michelin star, life for hawker Chan Hon Meng has changed - and yet it hasn't.

During those two years, he travelled to 10 countries and experienced snow for the first time.
