You may never be too old to try something different, but some people convince themselves that is the case.

Adrian was 72 when he came to me for coaching. His re-employment contract as a director of procurement ended when he was 68. After enjoying a few years of life outside of corporate world, he soon realised he wanted to rejoin the workforce, but only in roles similar to what he had known for decades.
