Mr Kenji Tanaka has been using his skills in ise katagami to create intricate paper models of Formula One cars and motifs.

SINGAPORE – Walk down the cobblestone streets of Bruges, Belgium, and you might find yourself passing window displays fully decked out in intricately woven lace. 

But ask a local about the lace shops around town – which advertise their products as being vintage, handmade and authentically Belgian – and they might very well scoff and dismiss them as tourist traps.
