The days of fire and fury are back. On Thursday,

North Korea fired a volley of six short-range missiles,

ahead of the start on Monday of one of the largest US-South Korea military exercises in years.

The latest salvoes from Pyongyang come as North Korea pushes to quickly enhance and diversify its arsenal of missiles that might carry nuclear warheads.
