Citi has been in Singapore since 1902. Singapore is one of Citi’s four global wealth hubs and we remain firmly committed to serving our clients here and in the region out of Singapore.
We have been paying careful attention to the way our customers bank and have seen a changing trend of customers banking digitally more and more, especially in recent years.
Most day-to-day transactions are now done on the Citi Mobile app and via Citibank Online. Only about 2 per cent of transactions are done in-person at our retail branch, down from 4 per cent five years ago.
To align our services to customer trends, we continually invest in our digital banking infrastructure to enable nearly all daily transactions to be done on the Citi Mobile app.
In addition, we are extending our support to those needing extra assistance for their regular banking needs at our three physical locations in Orchard Road, Parkway Parade and Holland Village. Customers can also contact CitiPhone on 6225 5225 or use the live chat function on the Citi Mobile app.
