As a senior Singaporean, I would like to share my three wishes for Singapore for 2025.
First, I wish our present elected PAP government will continue to govern Singapore by comfortably winning the next election that must be held by November 2025.
The Government has led Singaporeans to overcome Covid-19 and helped them, especially the low- and middle-income groups, tackle the high cost of living and other urgent needs such as housing, childcare and employment.
Therefore, we need it to continue leading us in this diversified and uncertain world.
Second, I wish the economy will do well. This will give us the resources to help improve the country’s infrastructure to better our living standard, and upgrade Singaporeans’ skills and education levels.
Third, I wish the Government will look into even more ways to help the Pioneer and Merdeka generations with their medical expenses.
The realisation of my three wishes will make Singapore a good country to live in, with happier people all around.
