East Coast Lagoon Food Village was designed to be an open space.
Then came Covid-19, when a fence was put up around the food centre to allow only a single access and entry point.
Today, although most of the fence has been removed, it is still up at the side where the seats are closest to the beach.
This fence should be removed so that the food centre can be an open space again.
