I was recently admitted to Alexandra Hospital for medical tests and observation following a sudden headache and received excellent care from the hospital and its staff.
What particularly impressed me was the nurses’ attention to detail. While I was having breakfast, the nurses arrived with the medication I take regularly at home. I was surprised and touched that they took the initiative to ensure that I received the same tablets during my stay.
This may seem like a small detail, but to a patient, it is significant. It demonstrated the nursing team’s level of care, coordination and professionalism.
Such thoughtful attention gives patients confidence and reassurance, especially when they are already anxious about their health. Kudos to the Alexandra Hospital team.
