While I was driving into Johor Bahru recently, my car stalled about 300m after leaving Woodlands Checkpoint. Within minutes, five friendly and helpful officers from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority came running over to give us a helping hand.

They blocked the car lane and pushed my car backwards to a safe location. Another officer concurrently called an Emas tow truck to tow my car to a nearby carpark. Thereafter, the officer took my passengers to take a taxi. Kudos to them for going the extra mile.
