I refer to the article “Cat fosterers to be allowed up to six cats in HDB flats under pilot scheme” (July 18).
More consideration needs to be given to others who live in public housing.
There were articles some years ago reminding the public about the rules that HDB had against keeping pets like cats due to hygiene and health issues.
We should respect the fact that not everyone likes or is comfortable around animals and pets.
