SINGAPORE - Bo Bai knows something of how technology can revolutionise finance.
Born in China, the son of a businessman had just gained a PhD in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a fintech degree from its Sloan School of Management in 2005 when Goldman Sachs came calling.
