Digital Enterprise Blueprint

, launched in May to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore accelerate their digital transformation, highlighted the need for businesses to build a steady technology talent pipeline to keep up with changing industry demands.

However, there’s a leak in the pipeline. A report by the Asia Foundation revealed that globally, more women are leaving Stem (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields as their careers progress.
