If you’ve seen Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story, you might remember the clip showing the late actor’s young son learning to ride a bicycle.

Reeve, paralysed and seated in his wheelchair, guides him with his voice. Over the footage, he reflects: “If someone had told me you could teach a child to ride a bicycle by talking to him, I wouldn’t have believed it.”
