It is 2am and Fatimah is hiding the front-door keys.
The 90-year-old woman she cares for has dementia and is convinced she must go to her sister’s home to bake pastries for their shop. Fatimah (not her real name), who is her domestic helper, coaxes her back to the sofa, turns on the television and waits for her to settle.
