The official length of the 500kg festive treat is 93.1m. Stollen is a sweet bread filled with fruits, nuts, and spices, typically served during Christmas. Over the past three months, the RWS kitchen staff, led by bakery sous chef Jude Anthony Danker, have prepared 293 pieces of stollen, each 30cm long, for their record-breaking attempt.
