SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened 0.29% lower on Wednesday (Oct 26), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,845.84 in early trade, down 0.29 per cent, or 8.21 points.
Around 36.3 million shares exchanged hands.
Losers beat gainers 86 to 41.
