What the WHO ordered - more playtime, more sleep and less screen time for kids

SINGAPORE - More active play and enough sleep. The World Health Organisation (WHO) made these recommendations recently when it issued guidelines calling for less screen time for children aged five and younger.

It is advice that parents and caregivers in Singapore would do well to consider, taking into account the amount of screen time young children here are exposed to and the potential harm it can cause.
