SINGAPORE - About two years ago, Alex (not his real name) found himself increasingly depressed, to the point where he sought out a psychiatrist for the first time in his life.
"I remember procrastinating on replying to e-mails and I had a phobia of opening my e-mails," said the 34-year-old assistant university professor.
