SINGAPORE - When Jewel Changi Airport opened in mid-April boasting more than 110 food and beverage outlets, the restaurant that got me most excited was Yun Nans.
It does not have the recognition of Shake Shack, another new brand that landed in the new airport mall, serving burgers from New York. Nor does it have the prestige of Shang Social, a new Chinese restaurant opened by the Shangri-La Group.
