SINGAPORE - Trying to eat healthily in a hawker centre can be rather challenging as most of the food I like happens to be greasy and fattening. Fortunately there is sliced fish soup, which is delicious too when done well.
To be honest, I prefer the fried fish version of the dish because of my weakness for deep-fried food, but on days when I need something light and clean-tasting after bouts of feasting, I ask for sliced fish instead.
