Table65, the two-month-old restaurant by Dutch chef Richard van Oostenbrugge, has quite a bit of expectations to live up to.
It is Resorts World Sentosa's latest celebrity restaurant and takes over the space vacated by Restaurant de Joel Robuchon, the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant here, which closed last year.
