Singapore's Michelin-starred restaurants: All you need to know

Six restaurants each earned two Michelin stars and celebrated chef Joel Robuchon, whose restaurants have already earned 25 Michelin stars, can now claim another three for his Restaurant Joel Robuchon.

Here is a guide to the restaurants.

One Michelin Star

Price: Three­-course lunch ($48++). Five­-course dinner ($125++), seven-­course chef's menu for dinner ($165++). There is also an a la carte menu for dinner.

Signature dish: Wagyu Au Poivre Vert - Australian Blackmore wagyu striploin is gently cooked in a combination of beef jus and wagyu fat. It is then grilled and smoked, and served with a concentrated ginger and pepper infused beef glaze, Chinese mustard gremolata and an assortment of pepper berries, including the seasonal sansho pepper from Japan.
Opening hours: Lunch: Tuesdays to Fridays, 12pm - ­ 2.30pm; Dinner: Mondays to Saturdays, 6pm ­- 10.30pm
