SINGAPORE - When a restaurant opens with just one eight-course tasting menu that, at $450, is one of the most expensive in town, you would expect it to be good.
Zen, which opened last month in the narrow three-storey building formerly occupied by Restaurant Andre in Bukit Pasoh Road, does not disappoint.
