SINGAPORE - At a casual glance, Nostra Cucina at Marina Bay Sands looks just like the two eateries it replaced - Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza.
The integrated resort last month closed the two restaurants that it opened under American celebrity chef Mario Batali's Mozza brand. But it kept the staff and opened another Italian restaurant in their place this month with a new name, Nostra Cucina, which means Italian for Our Kitchen.
