McDonald's viral chocolate pie on sale in Singapore from March 1

SINGAPORE - The much-talked about McDonald's chocolate pie is finally making its debut in Singapore from Thursday (March 1).

The pie ($1.40), which was earlier introduced in South Korea, features a chocolate crust with a molten chocolate filling.

The highly Instagram-able dessert first made waves online, after videos of the pie being cracked open to reveal a molten chocolate filling went viral on social media.

Alongside the pie, other new seasonal offerings at the fast food chain include the Fish & Fries, which comprise two battered fish fillets paired with french fries.

It will be available as an Extra Value Meal from $7.90.

The other new item on the menu is the Sweet Chilli Fish Burger, which features fish fillet, sweet chilli mayo and vegetables on a chilli bun. It will be available as an Extra Value Meal from $7.50.
