Despite the recent comments by Hong Kong-based food critic Chua Lam on hotpot being culturally insignificant, steamboat restaurants are thriving in Singapore. The latest to open is the two-week-old Little Sheep Hot Pot in One Fullerton.
It is the first outlet here of a well-known chain from China which started in 1999 in Inner Mongolia and is better known by its Chinese name Xiao Fei Yang.
