CHEF KANG'S PRAWN NOODLE HOUSE
Chef Ang Song Kang, best known for his one-Michelin-starred restaurant Chef Kang's, has expanded his hawker food outlets with an air-conditioned prawn noodle eatery in Lorong 4 Toa Payoh. It is run by two of his proteges.
