SINGAPORE - Dempsey Hill has seen a few changes in the last month with restaurants such as Min Jiang and Bincho opening there.
Culina has also joined the Como cluster of restaurants and shops, moving into new premises that are three times as big as its former location, which was also in Dempsey.
