SINGAPORE - On Friday (June 7), the eve of dance music festival Ultra Singapore, which is set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, an application for the winding up of Ultra Singapore Pte Ltd - the holding company for the event - has been filed.

The notice by bar consultancy ABV Bar Concepts was advertised in The Straits Times' Classifieds section on Friday, with a hearing set in the High Court of Singapore on June 28.
