SINGAPORE - American singer Belinda Carlisle is no stranger to the pop charts. Her upcoming return to Singapore will see her celebrate the 30th anniversary of Runaway Horses, an album that contains some of her most enduring pop hits from the 1980s.
And she is none too impressed with what hogs the pop charts these days.
