SINGAPORE - Mr Mark Shaw says the cineplex at Jewel Changi Airport that bears his family name is "the culmination of everything I have learnt".
He has learnt that details such as the size of the lobby, leg room and investing in Imax large-screen technology matter. The company now operates in an environment different from anything his forebears faced.
