SINGAPORE - Thanks to the Oscars sweep by the social comedy Parasite, the secret is out: Korean movies are special.
Film fans in Singapore have known it for some time and will watch anything from masters such as Kim Ki-duk, Park Chan-wook, Kim Jee-woon and of course, the maker of Parasite, Bong Joon-ho.
