SINGAPORE - American band Daughtry will return to Singapore and is set to perform at Zepp@Big Box Singapore on Jul 11.

Fronted by singer and former American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry, the band is best known for hits including It's Not Over (2006), September (2009) and Over You (2006).

Both their self-titled first album, released in 2006, and follow-up Leave This Town, released in 2009, topped the US album charts.

The band recently released a new single, Backbone, taken from their upcoming fifth album.

The show is part of their Asian tour that also includes stops in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. They performed in Singapore in 2014, a gig that was part of shopping mall Ion Orchard's fifth anniversary celebrations, and in 2010, a concert that was part of the Singapore Grand Prix.
