It was all fun and laughter on Saturday (Feb 18), as two of Korean TV's hottest stars took to the stage in front of 3,500 fans at The Star Theatre.

Korean actor Park Bo Gum's sold out fan-meet also sprang a surprise guest: Descendants Of The Sun star Song Joong Ki.

Bromance was in the air throughout the three-hour-long fan meet.

On hearing the evocative song Unchained Melody from the movie Ghost, Song reenacted the classic pottery-making scene by wrapping his arms around Park from behind.

And the pair literally supported each other during a game of shooting at stuffed toys, taking turns to hold onto each other's legs to help the other lean forward to get closer to their targets.

"We are blossom brothers," says Park, 23, referring to his senior Song, 31. The pair were playing a game of telepathy on stage and were asked to choose between a flower and a tree.

Both chose a flower, prompting Park to blurt out the line.

The duo, who are from the same entertainment agency Blossom Entertainment, are fast friends. The younger Park counts Song as his mentor and told of how he sought advice from his senior (Song) when he was at a loss as to how to tackle his crown prince role in Love In The Moonlight.

Both actors ruled last year's K-drama scene - Park in top-rated period drama Love In The Moonlight, and Song in global hit Descendants Of The Sun.

This is the third time Song is appearing during Park's Asia tour. He was also with him at a fan meet in Thailand last week and at another meet in Taiwan in January (2017).

Singapore is Park's last stop on his Asia tour to meet fans.

Fans like Miss Joyce Tay went home throughly satisfied.

The 24-year-old, who works in sales, said: "Song Joong Ki made waves in the first half of 2016, and then it was Park Bo Gum's turn in the second half of the year.

"It is rare to have an opportunity like this to see two top actors at one meet."
