When phase two started last Friday, fresh graduate Robert Lim, 26, and his girlfriend Beth Ng, 23, who works at a digital marketing agency, met for a breakfast of bee hoon and kaya toast at a coffee shop in MacPherson. It was the first time they had seen each other in person after meeting and becoming a couple online during the circuit breaker.
I was looking for people to talk to during the circuit breaker, so I downloaded dating apps. That was when I met Beth on Coffee Meets Bagel.
